【摘要】 目的:观察自拟活血化瘀中药汤剂对脓毒血症治疗作用。方法:将42例脓毒血症的患者随机分为两组,治疗组在西医常规综合治疗基础上加用自拟活血化瘀中药汤剂,对比观察两组患者治疗效果及转归,并通过监测CRP、PCT水平了解中药对患者炎症反应及内毒素的影响。结果:治疗组总有效率及死亡率均优于对照组。治疗后治疗组CRP、PCT下降水平优于对照组。结论:活血化瘀中药可有效地拮抗炎性介质及内毒素的释放,提高治疗脓毒血症的有效率,更好的改善患者症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of herbal medicine for activating blood and transforming stasis(HMFABATS) on patients with sepsis.Method:Forty-two patients with sepsis were treated,and control group(CG) was treated with normal western medicine alone,while treatment group(TG) plused the HMFABATS.Therapeutic efficacies were recorded and compared.And then,accroding to the resluts of CPR’s and PCT’s level,we can learn the effect of HMFABATS in inflammatory reaction and endotoxin.Result: Compare with CG’s,the mortality rate,CPR’s and PCT’s level of TG were significantly decreased.Conclusions: HMFABATS combined with normal western medicine can improve the therapeutic effect of sepsis,meanwhile it has a efficient antagonism for inflammatory reaction and endotoxin.更多还原
