【摘要】 目的:观察虑烦汤剂治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的疗效及其对患者神经递质、免疫指标的影响。方法:选择150例患者随机分为中药组(虑烦汤剂组)、西药组(丁螺环酮高剂量组)、中西结合组(虑烦汤剂加丁螺环酮低剂量组),疗程均为4周,比较各组治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及T细胞亚群、5-HT、NE变化。结果:治疗4周后,HAMA评分各组治疗前后均有显著性差异;组间比较,中西结合组疗效最好,与其它两组比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);西药组与中药组,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。中药组和中西结合组对改善躯体性焦虑因子评分疗效好于西药组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。3组T细胞亚群指标较治疗前均有改善,中西结合组最好,中药组次之,西药组再次之。治疗后3组5-HT、NE水平较治疗前均有降低,中西结合组5-HT治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:虑烦汤剂治疗广泛性焦虑障碍有效,同时可调节广泛性焦虑患者神经内分泌免疫系统功能,副作用少,安全性好与丁螺环酮合用既可增加疗效又可减轻副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe curative effect of Lvfan Decoction on GAD and infection on measures of patients’ neurotansmitter and immunity.Method:150 GAD patients were divided into 3 groups randomly,TCM group(Lvfan Decoction group),WM group(high dose of Buspirone group),TCM plus WM group(low dose of Buspirone group),a course of treatment all is 4 weeks,then to compare the changes of patient’s HAMA score and 5-HT,NE,T cell subgroup.Results:After 4 weeks,anxious symptom of each group was lower than before treatment,HAMA score have significance discrepancy;between groups,TCM plus WM group had best effect than others,there was a significant difference(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between TCM and WM group(P>0.05).TCM group and TCM plus WM group improved body’s anxiety symptom were better than WM group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Influence of T cell subgroup measures of TCM plus WM group was best,TCM group was second,WM group was third.After 4 weeks,5-HT,NE of each group was lower than before treatment,change of TCM plus WM group’s 5-HT had a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lvfan Decoction had curative effect on GAD,moreover Lvfan Decoction could adjust function of nerveendocrine-immunity systems,side effect was less than WM group,and has good security,combine with Buspirone could increase curative effect and alleviate side effect.更多还原
