【摘要】 目的探讨射频热消融治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效。方法对324例慢性宫颈炎患者利用射频热消融器直接接触病变部位使局部温度达55～85℃,使病变组织坏死、脱落。观察10周进行疗效判断。同时对比微波治疗的324例慢性宫颈炎患者。结果324例患者随访10周,其中宫颈糜烂10周内全部痊愈,治愈率为100%;宫颈肥大患者均有不同程度缩小;宫颈息肉16例全部一次性治愈,9例宫颈腺囊肿10周内全部治愈。结论射频热消融治疗慢性宫颈炎具有操作简单,易掌握,不宜损伤正常组织,治疗时间短、患者无痛苦,愈合快,痊愈后无瘢痕等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Purpose to investigate the efficacy of radiofreqency thermal ablation on chronicity cervical.Methods 324 patients with chronicity cervical were adopted radiofreqency thermal ablation equipment which contact directly target tissues and make local temperature of it reach 55～85 ℃ and make the target tissues necrosis and fall off.Observe curative effect for 10 week and judge it.Results 324 patients make a follow-up with 10 week,The patients with cervical erosion are all cured in ten weeks.The cure rate is 100%.The patients with cervix hypertrophy are all becoming less and less.16 patients with cervical polyp are cured a time.9 patients with cervical gland cysts are cured in 10 weeks.Conclusions Therapy of radiofreqency thermal ablation for chronicity cervical is simple procedure and easy for command and short time of therapy and free of pain and fast cicatrisation and scarless with rare damage of normal tissues.更多还原
