【摘要】 目的研究广西巴马地区长寿老人载脂蛋白E(apoE)基因多态性的分布及其与血压的关系。方法用限制性酶切片段长度多态性分析方法进行apoE基因分型。将广西巴马地区112例90岁以上长寿老人分为正常组(65例)和高血压组(47例),比较两组基因型、基因频率的分布特征。结果巴马长寿老人发生高血压者占41.96%;apoEε3/3分布的百分率最大,其次是ε2/3,而ε4/4最少;apoEε3/4和ε4频率比较,高血压组明显高于正常组(P<0.05),ε4基因携带者高血压发生率明显高于其他基因携带者。结论apoE基因多态性与巴马长寿老人高血压发生有关联;较低的apoEε4基因频率可能是巴马长寿老人高血压发病较低的原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relation between the distribution of apolipoprotein E(apoE) genotypes and blood pressure in long-lived elderly in Bama area of Guangxi in China.Methods A total of 112 long-lived elderly aged 90 years and over were collected and their blood pressures were measured.They were divided into the hypertension group and the normotensive group according to their levels of blood pressure.The apoE genotypes were determined by PCR-RFLP technique,and the differences of apoE allele and genotype between the two groups were compared.Results The prevalence of hypertension was found to be 41.96% in long-lived elderly in Bama area.The apoE ε3/3 genotype had the highest frequency in long-lived elderly,the next was ε2/3,and ε4/4 showed the lowest frequency.There were significant differences of apoE ε3/4 genotype and ε4 allele frequencies between hypertension group and normotensive group(P<0.05).The long-lived elderly who had apoE ε4 genotype showed higher prevalence of hypertension than others.Conclusion The apolipoprotein E gene polymorphism may be associated with hypertension in the longeval elderly in the population in Bama area of Guangxi.The low ApoE ε4 allele frequenciy is perhaps one of the major reasons that the prevalence of hypertension in the longeval elderly in Bama area is lower than other senile groups.更多还原
