【摘要】 目的探讨对常规胆囊切除术困难病例行胆囊部分切除手术的适应症及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析两院1998.6-2006.6年间行胆囊部分切除术的52例患者的临床资料。结果术后47例效果良好。手术后发生并发症5例,其中胆囊残株炎2例,膈下脓肿1例,胆漏1例,继发胆总管结石1例;这5例术后并发症经治疗均获痊愈。结论对胆囊坏疽、囊壁质脆、胆囊三角区水肿粘连严重,解剖不清的胆囊炎、胆囊结石患者行胆囊部分切除术是安全可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate operation indication and therapeutic method of partial cholecystectomy in difficult cases of routine cholecystectomy. Methods From June 1998 to June 2006, clinical data of 52 patients with partial cholecystectomy were analyzed retrospectively. Results 47 cases were recovered well after operation, postoperative complications were occurred in 5 cases, including 2 cases of gallbladder stump inflammation,1 case sub-diaphragmatic abscess, 1case biliary leakage and 1 case secondary choledocholithiasis, and all cases of postoperative complications were cured after treatment. Conclusion For gangrene gallbladder, fragile cyst wall, severe edema and adherences of gallbladder triangular area, unclear anatomical cholecystitis, partial cholecystectomy can be performed safely in patient with cholelithiasis.更多还原
