【摘要】 跨国公司在发展中国家设立研发中心已经成为跨国公司对外投资的一种新趋势。上海、北京及苏州等城市已经以各自的优势在跨国公司研发投资的浪潮中脱颖而出。大连作为北方一颗耀眼的明珠,应在招商引资方面结合外商投资的新动向制定新的发展思路,即结合大连的自身优势,克服内在的不足,争取将大连建成跨国公司研发的中心城市。更多还原

【Abstract】 Setting up research center in the developing countries has been the new trend of transnational cooperation.Shanghai,Beijing and Suzhou have shown themselves out with their advantages in this trend.As a famous city in north China,Dalian should adjust the way of absorbing foreign investment to respond to the new trend.By combining Dalian’s advantage and getting over her shortage,we can establish Dalian into a research center city of transnational cooperation.更多还原
