让反思成为教师专业生活的一种习惯——解读《教师每日“十问”》
Let Reflection Become a Habit in Teachers’ Professional Life——Explanation to teachers ten daily self—reflecting questions
【摘要】 社会发展和教学实践都对教师的反思能力提出了明确的要求,而我国教师在反思的过程中会遭遇种种困境。《教师每日“十问”》就试图在反思内容、反思方式方面给教师提供操作性的指导,让教师逐渐体会反思的意义。在这个过程中,学校提供的支持性环境对教师反思能力的发展具有积极的促进作用。
【Abstract】 Both social development and teaching practice give requirements to teachers’ reflection ability,and in the reflection process,teachers in our country will surely suffer some puzzlement.Teacher’s Ten Daily self——Reflecting Questions try to provide teachers with operational instructions in terms of reflection contents and reflection ways,aiming to make teachers gradually realize the significance of reflection.During this process,a supportive environment that a school offers will play a positive role in promoting teacher reflection ability.
