【摘要】 随着经济的进步和社会关系的日益复杂化,不同民事主体间的强弱地位产生了明显的差异,呼唤着法律突破抽象人格平等的局限,为弱者提供更有力的保护。这种思潮渗透到各国的国际私法立法中,在原则、规则等各个方面均体现了对弱者的人文关怀。这里对各国国际私法保护弱者权益的方法进行分析和归纳,并对我国未来相关立法的完善提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economy and the complexity of social relations,great change about statues has taken place between different civil parties,which calls for the law to break the limitations of equality of abstract personalities and give stronger protections to the weak party.The legislation of private international law has been deeply affected,so that more humane concern has been given to the weak party through principles and rules.This thesis has analyzed methods of protection of weak parties in different private international laws so as to make suggestions for the perfection of future legislation in China.更多还原
