【Abstract】 The high frequency regeneration system of leaf-explant for Populus alba×P.berolinensis was established through the application of orthogonal designing in this study.The optimal basic medium was MS;the optimal medium for shoot inducement was MS+ BA1.0mg·L-1+NAA0.05 mg·L-1,and the optimal time of leaf-explant cultured in dark condition for shoot differentiation was 4 days;the optimal medium for root inducement was 1/2 MS+ NAA0.05 mg·L-1+IBA0.01mg·L1.更多还原
