【摘要】 目的:研究尖锐湿疣组织中血管内皮生长因子基因(VEGF)的表达,及探讨其临床意义。方法:采用巢式聚合酶链反应法测定22例尖锐湿疣患者组织和22例正常对照者皮肤VEGFmRNA的定量表达。结果:尖锐湿疣患者组织和正常对照皮肤中均有VEGFmRNA的表达,但尖锐湿疣患者组织中VEGFmRNA的表达显著高于正常对照者皮肤内的表达水平(P<0.01)。结论:VEGF可能参与了尖锐湿疣的发病过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)mRNA in condyloma acuminata. Methods:Twenty two adult patients with condyloma acuminata and 22 health control were sequentially enrolled in this study. The production VEGF mRNA was measured by nested polymerase chain reaction. Results:VEGF mRNA was expressed in both condyloma acuminata lesion and health skin. Expression of VEGF mRNA in condyloma acuminata lesion was higher than that in control subject (P < 0.01). Conclusions:Our results show that VEGF could be part of the pathogenesis of condyloma acuminata.更多还原
