【摘要】 目的:调查分析重症监护病房护士的心理健康状况及其主要影响因素,旨在维持护士的心理健康,提高护理质量。方法:使用SCL-90量表采用问卷调查方法,对132名从事重症监护病房工作的护士进行调查。结果:重症监护病房护士SCL-90中躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对因子及恐怖均分及阳性项目数均明显高于国内常模(P<0.05)。结论:重症监护病房护士存在心理健康问题,需采取有效的行为干预缓解心理压力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: By investigating physical and mental condition of nurse working in intensive care unit(ICU), we analyze the main influencial factors and propose some measures to keep the psychological health and to raise quality of care. Methods: Investigate 132 nurses in ICU by SCL-90 questionnaire method. Results: The average symptom score of nurse in intensive care unit is significantly higher than that of the Chinese normal in aspect of the factors, like somatization, obsession, depression, anxietas, antagonistic factor and phobophobia, P < 0.05. Conclusions: The nurse in ICU suffers from serious psychologic obstacle, we should make effective intervention measures to relief the mental stress.更多还原
