沈大路石渣路基连续压实控制的试验研究
Testing Study of Continuous Compaction Controlling for Rock Ballast Subgrade of Shen-Da Freeway
【摘要】 形成优良石渣路基结构的关键在于有效的压实。结合沈大路改扩建工程实例,将碾压工艺与压实过程动态监控技术结合起来,对石渣路基的压实程度与动态监控问题进行了试验研究。根据动态监控结果,及时调整了碾压工艺,进行了工程反馈处理,保证了石渣路基的施工质量。
【Abstract】 The Key to form a fine structure of rock ballast subgrade lies in a valid compaction.By examples of reconstrucion and extension engineerings on Shen-Da Freeway,the paper combines the rolling technology with the dynamic monitoring technique in the process of compaction,conducts testing study of the extent of rock ballast subgrade compacting and the dynamic monitoring matters.Based on results of dynamic monitoring,the rolling technology is regulated in time and the treatments for feedback are carried out,ensuring the quality of rock subgrade in the construction.
