微波辐射作用下La3+,Co2+,Cu2+和Zn2+与Y沸石的离子交换

【摘要】 采用微波辐射法制备了La3+/Y、Co2+/Y、Cu2+/Y和Zn2+/Y离子交换型沸石催化剂。通过考察交换原液浓度、加热时间、微波功率等因素对交换度的影响,得出交换反应的适宜工艺条件为:交换原液浓度0.12 mol.L-1(La3+)、0.06 mol.L-1(Co2+)、0.08 mol.L-1(Cu2+)和0.10 mol.L-1(Zn2+),加热时间6 min(Co2+和Zn2+)、12 min(La3+和Cu2+),微波辐射功率520 W(La3+,Co2+,Cu2+和Zn2+)。La3+,Co2+,Cu2+和Zn2+与Y沸石的一次交换度分别为80.8%(La3+)、69.6%(Zn2+)、67.5%(Cu2+)和63.8%(Co2+)。对比实验结果表明,在相同工艺条件下,微波辐射加热法所需时间仅为传统加热法的1/40~1/80。XRD结果表明,微波辐射对沸石晶体结构无破坏作用。采用“二交二焙”法可使La3+与Y沸石的交换度由80.8%提高到91.6%。

【Abstract】 It was investigated that the cation exchange of La3+,Zn2+,Cu2+ and Co2+ with zeolites Y under the heating of microwave radiation and the effects of cation concentration,heating,microwave power on the exchange degrees.The proper operation conditions were as follows: the original concentration were 0.12 mol·L-1(La3+),0.06 mol·L-1(Co2+),0.08 mol·L-1(Cu2+) and 0.10 mol·L-1(Zn2+);heating time were 6 min(Co2+,Zn2+),12 min(La3+,Cu2+);microwave power 520 W(La3+,Co2+,Cu2+和Zn2+).The results showed that the exchange degrees of the cation in zeolites can reach 80.8 %(La3+)、69.6 %(Zn2+)、67.5%(Cu2+) and 63.8 %(Co2+) by one-step exchanging,respectively.Comparing with conventional heating method,the heating time using microwave radiation technique was 1/40~1/80 of the former.Microwave radiation did not destroy the crystal structure of zeolite Y.The exchange degree can enhance to 91.6 %(La3+) by using the "2-exchange-2-calcine" method.
