石油污泥处理工艺参数研究

【摘要】 选取某油田落地油泥,对多级热力化学法净化油泥、回收石油资源,进行相关工艺参数研究。工艺效果以清洗后泥砂中的残油率为指标,分别考察了工艺运行中温度、时间、pH、搅拌强度(G)、固液比及加药量等工艺参数的变化对落地油泥清洗效率的影响,并根据正交实验结果对工艺条件进行优化。确定最佳工艺条件,温度70℃,时间30 min,搅拌强度(G)36.3 s-1,固液比1∶5。

【Abstract】 For the purpose of oily sludge cleaning and oil recovery,the research combined caste washing process under heat condition to treat oily sludge from some oil field.Using the residual oil percentage of treated sludge,the study investigated the influence factors including agitate temperature,agitate time,pH, agitate intensity,solid-liquid ratio,reagent concentration etc.on the efficiency of oily sludge washing.The orthogonal experiment was conducted to optimize the process parameters.The result indicated that the optimal efficiency of oily sludge washing was achieved when agitate temperature was at 70 ℃,agitate time 30 min,agitate intensity(G) 36.3 s-1 and solid liquid ratio 1∶5.
