【摘要】 目的探讨老年人牙周病与糖尿病之间的关系。方法对852名年龄59～82岁的老年人进行牙周病状况及血糖状况调查和临床检查。根据有无牙周炎将852名受检者分为牙周病组(A组)和非牙周病组(B组),然后对两组的血糖进行统计分析。结果A组的糖尿病患病率(17.6%)明显高于B组(11.9%),两组间存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论老年人牙周病和糖尿病之间存在相关性,二者间可以相互影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate relationship between periodontal disease and diabetes in elder. Methods This study include 852 elder,aged 59～82.Their periodontal disease and diabetes were investigated and examined. 852 people were classified into 2 groups:group A,having periodontal disease.And group B, having not periodontal disease. Then, periodontal disease and diabetes were evaluated.Results People of group A with diabetes are more than those in group B.There are significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion There are relationship between periodontal disease and diabetes in elder.更多还原
