【摘要】 大孔板波形管碟环式换热器是流路换热器的进一步改进,主要特色在于采用开孔的碟、环式挡板代替圆缺型折流板,采用波形管代替普通光管,且在换热器管板的中心区域不布列管。这些措施显著降低了壳程阻力和滞流区,壳程的气体接管方位可任意选定。它在120 kt/a硫磺制酸装置转化工序中三年多的运行情况表明,该换热器具有传热系数高、一次投资少、阻力小、运行费用低等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Large pore plant corrugated tube disk ring type heat exchanger is further improvement of flow path heat exchanger.It mainly features perforated disk,ring type baffle plate in lieu of segmental baffle plate,and uses corrugated tube in lieu of general naked tube,and tubes are not arranged in the central area of the heat exchanger’s tube sheet.These measures significantly reduce the resistance and laminar flow zone in the shell side.The gas pipe connection orientation on the shell side can be freely selected.More than three years of its application in the conversion section of the 120 kt/a sulfur-burning sulfuric acid plant has shown that the heat exchanger offers advantages such as high heat transfer coefficient,small investment,small resistance and low operating cost.更多还原
