【摘要】 结合生产实践对S-NPK生产中KC l转化尾气、干燥和冷却尾气、造粒尾气的净化工艺提出看法,认为HCl吸收设备不宜少于三级,其末级吸收设备应维持在较低的温度和吸收液浓度;造粒尾气风机宜设置在吸收设备之前,以提高NH3的回收率;干燥与冷却尾气净化中的重力沉降室宜设在旋风除尘器之后,以减少清灰工作量。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the production practice,this article proposes opinions for the purification process for KCl conversion offgas,drying and cooling offgas,granulation offgas during S-NPK production.It is considered that the HCl absorption equipment should have at least three stages,and the last stage absorption equipment should maintain relatively low temperature and absorption liquid concentration;the granulation offgas fan should be installed before the absorption equipment,so as to increase the NH3 recovery;the gravity settling in drying and cooling offgas purification should be installed after the cyclone dust collector,so as to reduce the ash removal work.更多还原
