【Abstract】 The infrastructure construction will last a long period but has a stable and secure return rate of investment,which can greatly meet the needs of security of operation,the stability of return and the certainty of payments in managing the insurance capital.At present in China insurance capital lacks of long-term investment instruments and infrastructure investment is undoubtedly a kind of favorable choice.Up to now insurance capital may choose securitization model and fund trusting model in infrastructure investment.As the large scale of investment and the complexity of operation in infrastructure,insurance industry in China is short of experiences in investing in this field.Therefore effective risk management is the key to the investment.更多还原
