【Abstract】 The paper analyses the origin,paradigm and method- ological characteristics of the hyper-modern management.The author thinks that western hyper-modern management tries in different ways to explore or describe characteristics of enterprise organization and management in western countries today.Western hyper-modern man- agement has also revealed modernity of western management,the interior contradictions and negative results of development models of management modernization,which are worth studying and using as reference.更多还原
