流动注射壳聚糖在线微柱预富集电热原子吸收光谱法测定痕量Cr(VI)
FLOW INJECTION ON-LINE PRECONCENTRATION ON MICROCOLUMN PACKED WITH CHITOSAN FOR THE DETERMINATION OF TRANCE AMOUNTS OF CHROMIUM (VI) BY ELECTROTHERMAL ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY
【摘要】 以天然高分子材料壳聚糖作在线预富集柱填料,流动注射与电热原子光谱联用测定痕量Cr(VI)。采样体积5.80mL,采样频率22样/h,富集倍数51倍,线性范围0.02μg/L~0.12μg/L,该方法的检出限(3s,n=11)0.69ng/L,相对标准偏差5.1%(CCr(VI)=0.10μg/L,n=11)。将该方法用于环境水样、茶叶样品和头发样品中Cr(VI)的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 A new method of determination of trace amounts of chromium (VI) by flow injection on-line preconcentration on a microcolumn packed with chitosan coupled with electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry has been established. The preconcentration factor was found to be 51 when sampling volume was 5.80mL and sampling frequency was 22 times per hour. The linear range was 0.02μg/L~0.12μg/L. Detection limit (3S) of this method was 0.69ng/L. RSD% obtained by testing at concentration level of 0.10μg/L (n=11) was 5.1%. Satisfactory results could be obtained in the determination of trace amounts of chromium (VI) in water, tea and hair.
