【摘要】 运用文献资料、访问调查、统计分析等方法剖析了我省女子篮球队员当前体能状况,与我国优秀女子篮球队员部分体能标准相比,还有很大差距,绝对速度慢,最大力量不足,高度明显处于劣势,这就容易造成比赛场上攻防节奏缓慢,不适应身体对抗,失去制空权,很难在对抗激烈的甲级比赛中获得好成绩。根据我省女篮体能特征以及女子篮球专项体能特点提出了解决目前体能问题的训练思路,经过一阶段的体能训练,江苏女篮在力量、速度跳跃能力和耐力等几项体能指标有明显的提高,结果表明所采取的训练思路在提高我省女子篮球队员体能上是有效的,较为科学的,从而为以后的体能训练提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The writer analyzed the current physical condition of Jiangsu Province female basketball members using the methods of literature,interviews and statistical etc.compared with our outstanding member of some physical standards,there is a large gap.Low absolute velocity,shortened of maximum strength and the transparently small body height highly easily lead to the slow offensive and defensive rhythm and don’t adapt to body,lost the right of hang.As a result,it is difficult to get a good achievement in fierce confrontation class competition for female basketball team.According to Jiangsu province female basketball physical fitness character and female basketball special physical character,some new training plan to solve the physical fitness problem is proposed.After a phase of physical training,the Physical indicators such as strength,Speed jumping Capacity and Endurance of Jiangsu province female basketball has made a significantly progress.This experiment shows that the adoption of new training plan highly contributes to improve physical ability of Jiangsu province female basketball and is more scientific,so as to provide an example for next physical ability training.更多还原
