无卡轴旋切机变速进给模型的多项式拟合
Simulated the Variable-speed Feeding Model of Log-core Veneer Lathe
【摘要】 为了解决无卡轴旋切机圆木旋切过程中进给电机转速与刀刃所处水平位置的数学模型计算耗时的问题,本文采用Mathematica工具对转速函数进行多项式拟合,得出简单且便于单片机运算的拟合函数。同时运用Mathematica比较分析了原函数和各次拟合函数间的转速差及加工后的单板厚度误差。
【Abstract】 Working principle of log-core veneer lathe had been analyzed in detail,and the mathematical model between the motor speed and the position of the knife-carriage was established,but the model is difficult to calculate.In order to solve the question,this article simulated the complicated speed model with Mathematica software,and educed simulative function that is simple and easy to calculate use single chip.In the meantime,compared the speed-error and thickness-error between simulative function and original function with mathematica software,and measured the time that calculate every simulative function with WAVE software simulator,then chose the fittest simulative function by comparing the thickness-error and calculating time.
