5083铝合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的电化学腐蚀行为研究
Study on the Electrochemical Corrosion Behaviour of 5083 Aluminum Alloy in 3.5% NaCl Solution
【摘要】 通过阳极化和交流阻抗法研究了不同Mg含量、不同的热处理状态下的5083铝合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的电化学行为和腐蚀特征。研究结果表明:Mg含量越低,合金中β相(Mg5A18)越少,耐蚀性越好;在轧制态以及150℃退火态,β相先沿晶界连续析出,耐蚀性较差;在200%退火态,β相在晶界以及晶内同时呈不连续的球状析出,耐蚀性好;在280℃、330℃退火态,β相沿晶界呈连续网状析出,耐蚀性差。通过对比研究,进一步探讨了铝合金的腐蚀机理,为制定合理的热加工工艺,提高产品的耐蚀性能提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The electrochemical behaviour and corrosion feature of 5083 aluminum alloy with different Mg content in differ- ent heat treatment in 3.5% NaC1 solution was studied by potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spec- troscopy(EIS).The results show,for the alloy with less Mg content,the less theβ-phase,the better the corrosion resist- ance.In rolling and 150℃annealing condition,contin ousβ-phase precipitate along grain boundary first,corrosion resistance is poor,in 200℃annealing condition,discontinuousβ-phase in a globular form precipitate at grain boundary and in the structure,corrosion resistance is good;in 280℃,330℃annealing condition,continuous network ofβ-phase precipitate at grain boundaries was revealed,corrosion resistance is poor.By comparative research,further study the corrosion mechanism to provide evidences of make reasonable hot process and improve the corrosion eonsistance of product.
