【摘要】 公安机关作为重要的职能部门,以其特有的职责使其应当在预防和处置群体性事件中发挥更大的作用。在预防方面,一要加强社情信息控制,为党委、政府决策当好参谋助手;二要主动出击、超前工作,把问题解决在萌芽状态。在处置方面,首先要求决策、指挥者正确把握和运用好处置群体性事件的基本原则,讲究斗争策略;其次,要求参与执勤的基层公安民警要端正认识、严格执行警令、文明执勤。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the important functional department,public security organization’s duty makes it play an important role in preventing and disposing group incidents.In prevention,public security organization should first strengthen the control of social information and be the good helper of Party Committee and the government;second,it should take the initiative,work in advance and solve problems when they are in the embryonic stage.In disposition,first,the leader should master and apply correctly the basic principles of disposing group incidents and pay attention to the tactics;second,the policemen on duty should correct ideas,strictly carry out police orders and be on civilized duty.更多还原
