16层螺旋CT三维重建技术在结直肠癌外科治疗中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨16层螺旋CT三维重建在中晚期结肠癌外科治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾分析43例经过手术证实的结肠癌病例,术前均进行平扫和三期扫描,所有病例均进行三维重建。结果浆膜层浸润准确率95%(35/37),淋巴结转移准确率77%(10/13),远处脏器转移准确率62%(8/13),显示肿块准确率100%(43/43),显示供血血管准确率100%(24/24)。结论16层螺旋CT三维重建可以更好的显示病灶及病灶与周围脏器的关系,为外科手术治疗提供独特的信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of three-dimensional(3D)resconstruction with 16-slices spiral CT in oncological surgery of rectum and colon cancer.Methods Both plain and three-phase contrast enhanced and 3D CT in 43 cases with pathologically proved colon cancer were analyzed retrospectively.Results CT images showed diagnostic accuracy of invasion to serous membrane was 95%(35/37),lymphadenopathy was 77%(10/13),metastasis was 62%(8/13),mass for 100%(43/43),the blood-supply vessels for the tumors was 100%(24/24).Conclusions The leision’s location and its relationship with its surroundings can be shown more clear by three-dimensional(3D)resconstruction with 16-slices spiral CT,which will particularly provide valuable information for surgical therapy.更多还原
