双吻合术加保护性回肠造口在超低位直肠癌保肛术中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨双吻合术加保护性回肠造口在超低位直肠癌保肛术中的应用价值。方法回顾性总结2004年6月至2005年12月采用双吻合术加保护性回肠造口行超低位直肠癌保肛术32例,并与同期未行保护性回肠造口的46例双吻合术比较吻合口漏的发生率。结果46例未行保护性造口回肠双吻合组6例发生吻合口漏,32例行保护性回肠造口双吻合组1例发生吻合口漏。结论保护性回肠造口可显著降低超低位直肠癌双吻合术后吻合口漏的发生率,本法可作为超低位直肠癌保肛术的一种安全可靠的术式选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evluate the value of double stapling technique with protective ileustomy for ultra-low anterior resection Methods A retrospectivly study comparing between Double stapling technique with protective ileustomy group and without preventive ileustomy group was conducted. Results Clinical anastomotic leakage occurred in 6 patients (13%) without protective ileustomy and only 1 patient(3.1%)with ileustomy. Conclusions Double stapling technique with protective ileustomy is safe and useful for ultra-low anterior resection.更多还原
