乳腺癌中血管内皮生长因子受体KDR的表达及其意义
【摘要】 目的研究乳腺癌中血管内皮生长因子受体(vascular endothelial growthfactor receptor2,VEGFR2)KDR的表达情况及其与微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)关系。方法对98例乳腺癌患者的病理标本应用CD34,KDR分别进行免疫组化染色,双盲法计数热点内血管测定MVD,并进行统计学分析。结果乳腺癌KDR在血管周围的肿瘤细胞质呈较强阳性表达,在部分血管内皮细胞质内表达呈弱阳性,KDR表达与MVD有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论KDR在乳腺癌细胞的高度表达可能参与乳腺癌的发病机制,为乳腺癌的治疗提供新的思路。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor KDR , and the relation between KDR and microvessel density(MVD). Methods CD34 and KDR were assayed with immunohistochemistry in the specimen from 98 breast cancer patients ,double blind method was carried out to assay the MVD with hot spots and results were analyzed statistically. Results KDR was strongly positive in breast cancer cells around vessels , and weekly positive in vascular smooth muscle cells. Conclusions High expression of KDR may be related to breast cancer.
