【Abstract】 This paper firstly focuses on the analysis of the present situation and the existing problems in building teachers team in higher vocational colleges, and then offers some suggestions on how to build teachers team in vocational colleges.That is to adjust scientifically and properly the teachers’record of formal schooling,knowledge and capability composition so as to construct a sustainable developing quality ensurance system among the teachers in vocational colleges.更多还原
