【Abstract】 A laboratory method of separation and determination of inulenin in root tuber and stem tuber of Jerusalem artichoke or chicory by ion chromatography with pulsed amperometric detection was established.Detection limit of 1 mg·L-1 was found for the target sugar.Differentiation of fructose homologues having structural differences of one monosaccharide unit was achieved by the proposed method.更多还原
