电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定奶粉中钙铜铁钾镁锰钠锌和磷

【摘要】 通过优化试验确定仪器的最佳工作参数,微波加热硝酸消解样品,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定奶粉中钙、铜、铁、钾、镁、锰、钠、锌和磷9种元素的含量。分析了4种奶粉样品,所得结果与国标方法的结果一致。方法回收率在96.5%~111%之间。

【Abstract】 ICP-AES determination of Ca,Cu,Fe,K,Mg,Mn,Na,Zn and P in milk powder was reported in this paper.Conditions of sample digestion with HNO3 by microwave heating were studied.Various working parameters of the instrument were optimized and described in detail.Four kinds of milk powder were analyzed by the present method,giving results checked quite well with the results obtained by the standard method(GB/T 5413).Results of recovery test obtained were in the range of 96.5%-111.1%.
