连铸中间包覆盖剂冶金效果分析

【摘要】 中间包覆盖剂对中间包冶金发挥着越来越重要的作用。针对鞍钢管线钢生产中所使用的中间包覆盖剂的冶金效果进行了研究,分析了中间包覆盖剂的碱度及其对钢中[T.O]的影响、覆盖剂中S含量的变化、对钢中夹杂物的吸附及对钢水的保护状况。结果表明:在鞍钢管线钢实际的生产条件下,中间包覆盖剂的碱度在1.5<R<2.0的范围内时,中间包钢水中具有相对较低的[T.O];中间包覆盖剂对MgO及Al2O3夹杂具有一定的吸附效果;但中间包覆盖剂中(MnO+FeO)含量及初始S含量偏高。

【Abstract】 Tundish covering flux plays a more and more important role in tundish metallurgy.The metallurgical effects of covering flux used in pipeline steel production in Anshan Iron and Steel Group Co.was investigated,and the influence of basicity on total oxygen content of the molten steel,the variation of sulphur content in covering flux,the absorption of non-metallic inclusions and the protection of the liquid steel from reoxidation were analyzed.Results indicate that the total oxygen content is lower when the basicity of covering flux is between 1.5 and 2.0;and it absorbed some non-metallic inclusions from molten steel,such as MgO and Al2O3;but the content of(MnO+FeO)and initial sulphur content is high.
