【摘要】采用超高频超声波探伤(10MHz)金相、微区电解、SEM等分析方法对四位一体短流程工艺生产的GCr15轴承钢中的点状夹杂物的属性和来源进行了讨论与分析,确定了夹杂物的来源,为进一步改善轴承钢的质量提供重要的试验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present paper discusses and analyzes the characteristics of droplet shaped inclusions in the bearing steel GCr15 produced in a short process route using methods of Metallography,Electrolysis and SEM and determines the source of DS type inclusions.The tested result is useful for improving the quality of the steel product.更多还原
