中国炼钢技术的发展、创新与展望

【摘要】 简要回顾了我国57年来炼钢生产技术的发展历程;系统总结了在炼钢产量、工艺结构优化、超纯净钢生产和品种开发以及节能环保等方面的技术进展;详细阐述了“转炉溅渣护炉与长寿复合吹炼技术”、“转炉高效吹炼技术”和“电炉兑铁水冶炼工艺”三项国内自主创新的重大工艺;并对21世纪初先进的炼钢技术进行了展望。

【Abstract】 The development of steel-making technology in the last 57 years in China is reviewed in this paper.The technical progresses in steel production,steel-making process-optimization,ultra-clean-steel production,new steel grades development,energy saving and environment protection have been systematically summarized.Three important new technologies independently developed in China are described in detail,including the slag-splashing technology and combined-blowing technology for long-campaign converter,the high efficiency steel-making technology for oxygen-blowing converter as well as the EAF steel-making technology with melting iron of blast furnace.The prospect of advanced steel-making plants in 21 century is put up.
