【摘要】 我国广大农村的生态环境问题是当代中国面临的主要社会问题之一,长期以来由于经济发展的压力、各种人为破坏、工农业污染及自然损毁退化等原因,使农村生态环境问题成为区域经济可持续发展的严重制约因素。应在提出我国农村生态环境主要问题的基础上,分析导致其恶化的原因,阐明农村生态环境法制建设的主要障碍,提出构建农村生态环境的法律对策。更多还原
