【摘要】 根据宜昌磷矿的性质,采用正—反浮选工艺处理胶磷矿,在正浮选中未添加碳酸钠和碳酸盐矿物抑制剂且采用常温浮选工艺,反浮选中,高效抑制剂W-98作为磷酸盐矿物的抑制剂,来抑制磷矿物而浮白云石等脉石,从原矿P2O5品位为22.33%,MgO为6.19%中,获得磷精矿品位31.23%,MgO 0.78%,回收率86.96%的正—反浮选指标,研究表明,此工艺合理,产品质量较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to property of Yingchang phosphorus ore,the process does not need to add sodium carbonate and carbonate depressor in direct flotation under ambient temperature,and to add W-98 in negative flotation.The concentrate of P2O531.23% MgO0.78% had been obtained from phosphate ore containing P2O522.33%、MgO6.19%.A recovery 86.96% had been gained.更多还原
