河谷型城市空间跨越式发展及其机制

【摘要】 由于地形限制,河谷型城市需要跳跃式空间扩张.河谷型城市空间跳跃,从时机上一般可分为超前跨越、适时跨越、滞后跨越;从跨越方式上可分为集中式跨越、分散式跨越;从扩散机制上可分为主动式、被动式、主动与被动相结合.河谷型城市在何时、何种条件下,以何种方式和机制实现空间跨越在某种程度上影响城市持续发展.本文以兰州、贵阳、重庆等中国西部河谷型城市为例,研究该类城市空间跨越式发展.

【Abstract】 Because the land in a valley is limited,avalley-city needs the process of spatial expansion (or leaping) to expand out of the valley within a certain development stage.The spatial leap-over development of a valley-city can be classified in three ways:temporally,it can be classified into early leap-over,on-time leap-over and late leap-over;by way of leap-over,it can be classified into concentrated leap-over and dispersed leap-over;according to the expanding mechanism,it can be divided into active leap-over,passive leap-over and a combination of the two.When and how for a valley city to complete the spatial leap-over process will affect the city’s sustainable development.In this paper,we took Lanzhou,and other valley cities in West China as examples and focused on the spatial leap-over development process and mechanism of those cities.
