高分散Fe3O4磁性液体的制备和表征
Synthesis of high dispersed Fe3O4 ferrofluids
【摘要】 制备高分散稳定的磁性颗粒是研究磁性液体的磁性、流变性能以及其它物理性质的实验基础.用化学共沉淀法制备了高分散的Fe3O4煤油基磁性液体,通过X射线衍射、透射和扫描电镜等实验技术,对纳米Fe3O4颗粒的形态和结构进行了表征,并用Bayesian统计理论计算了颗粒的尺寸分布,静态磁场下磁性液体显示了良好的超顺磁性和胶体系统的稳定性.
【Abstract】 The magnetic, rheological and many of the other physical properties of ferrofluids have a direct bearing on the size and dispersion of magnetic particles. This paper describes the preparation of Fe3O4 ferrofluids by chemical coprecipitation. The structure and morphology of Fe3O4 nanoparticles were characterized be means of XRD, TEM and SEM. A narrow particle size distribution was obtained from the magnetization curve using the free-form-model based on Bayesian inference theory. The results showed that the produced magnetic particles are accurate in composition, quite uniform in size and dispersed homogeneously in the carrier. Ferrofluids exhibited good superparamagnetism and stability of a colloidal system under the magnetic field.
