青海人口—资源—环境关系的耦合演变研究
A study on the coupling relation and evolvement of the population-resources-environment in Qinghai Province
【摘要】 青海省地处西北干旱半干旱区,处于三江源头,是全国生态的屏障地区,在保护生态环境中起重要作用.详细研究青海人口-资源-环境的耦合演变关系,对于青海省的社会经济发展、生态环境保护具有重要意义.以能值分析理论为基础,通过选取青海省社会、经济、生态等原始指标,在数学运算基础上,详细分析了青海省1978-2000年的人口-资源-环境的耦合演变关系,得出相关结论,并从发展循环经济、建立和谐社会等角度提出了建议.
【Abstract】 Based on the emery analysis theory, we analyzed the coupling relation and evolvement of the population-resources-environment of Qinghai Province from 1978 to 2000 and the result shows that the environment load ratio of Qinghai Province were 0.075 in 1978 and 0.316 in 2000. It also shows that the stress of economic activities on environment is very high and the major drive behind economic increase is the exploitation of natural resources. We also found that the disparity between the population and environment’s population carrying capacity is becoming bigger. The energy-based attainability index of Qinghai Province is far above 10 but in developed countries the value is smaller than 1. This indicates that the degree of the sustainable development is very low here. Based on the above analysis, the paper proposes that the utilization efficiency of resources should be practiced and the fragile ecological environment in Qinghai be protected. And the best way to realize this goal is to develop circular economics.
