工作场所空气中氯丙酮气相色谱测定方法的研究
A Study on Gas Chromatographic Detection of Chloroacetone in Air of Workplace
【摘要】 [目的]建立工作场所空气中氯丙酮气相色谱测定方法。[方法]硅胶吸附空气中蒸汽态氯丙酮,经丙酮溶剂解吸后气相色谱分离,并由电子捕获检测器(ECD)测定。[结果]氯丙酮的浓度在2.30~57.5μg/ml时,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.7%~3.6%(n=6);回归方程(?)=57+95x,相关系数r>0.9995;方法检出限为0.23μg/ml(进样1.0μl);最低检出质量浓度0.12mg/m~3;平均解吸效率>98%;穿透容量(BTV)>0.69mg(100mg硅胶);100mg硅胶吸附11.5μg氯丙酮,密闭放置7d,下降率为3.5%;采样效率100%。[结论]本方法适宜于工作场所空气中氯丙酮的浓度测定。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To establish a method of GC detection of chloroacetone in the air of workplace.[Methods] The chloroacetone vapor in the air is absorbed by silica gel,desorbed by acetone solvent,separated through gas chromatography, and detected by electronic capture detector(ECD).[Results]When the concentration of chloroacetone is in the range of 2.30~57.5μg/ml,the relative standard deviations (RSD) is between 2.7%~3.6% (n=6);the regression equation is y~^=57+95x,with a correlation coefficient r>0.999 5.The detection limit of this method is 0.23μg/ml (injection1.0μl),the lowest concentration detected is 0.12 mg/m~3,the average desorption efficiency>98%,and the breakthrough volume (BTV)>0.69 mg (100 mg silica gel).With 11.5μg chloroacetone absorbed by 100 mg silica gel and stabilized airtightly for 7 days,the drop rate of chloroacetone content is 3.5%;sampling efficiency reaches 100%.[Conclusion] This method is adaptable to detection of ehloroacetone concentration in the air of workplace.
