【摘要】 行政规划的理论研究对于行政法学理论体系的完善、保障利害关系人的权益以及将其置于行政法治目标之下有着重要的意义。我国现有行政规划的理论研究非常薄弱,存在严重的不足,主要表现为与实践不相适应、自身理论体系不完善。理论研究滞后的原因是多元的,既有与传统行政理论的冲突,也有与传统法律制度不兼容的因素,亦有传统法学方法论落后的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The theoretical study of administrative planning is greatly significant to improve the theoreticd system of administrative law, and to protect the interests of the parties concerned. Therefore, it is necessary to make it one of the objectives of administrative planning. The weakness of Chinese current research situation is shown on its impracticability in execution, and serious problems in the theory system itself. The reasons of the situation are diverse, including the conflicts between current and traditional theories, incompatibility with the traditional legal institution, and the negative influence of the traditional research methods.更多还原
