【摘要】 分析了国内外关于大坝、压力管道等方面的可接受风险评价以及风险标准界定的研究现状,指出了我国对此方面的研究起步较晚,存在较大差异。从风险分析的角度出发,提出了我国安全生产方面的风险标准界定方法,设计了我国风险标准研究框架,尽快开展我国风险标准界定的基础资料分析、技术方法以及程序等研究,提高我国风险标准的科学性和适用性。研究成果对进一步健全和完善我国风险标准提供了有效的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of national and oversea researches on pressure pipeline,dam and risk standard are stated.There are fewer researches on it and some differences among different fields in China.Based on the risk analysis,the method of acceptable risk standard on national safety work is proposed.To improve the scientificity and adaptability of the risk standard,the risk standard research frame,making special studies such as data analysis,method,technology and procedure are probed into.These would be significant as the reference in perfecting the acceptable risk standard.更多还原
