【Abstract】 Raising the risk consciousness and treatment ability of the major incident,make people the center to the persistence,constuct a harmonious society and protect people’s life and property safety contain important meaning.This paper discussed the basic understanding to emergency management of the major incident,introduced the main principle during the process to handle an emergency that should follow.It also put forward the general respond procedure to be applicable to each kind of abrupt public affairs,and put forward that it should become a main contents of the standardize emergency management.更多还原
