【摘要】 目的探讨B超在视网膜裂孔诊断中的应用价值。方法连续收集B超检查可疑并经散瞳后眼底检查明确诊断为视网膜裂孔的临床病例68例(68只眼),每只眼均经过各个方位的B超探测。结果B超诊断干性马蹄形裂孔40只眼,马蹄形裂孔伴视网膜脱离25只眼,巨大裂孔3只眼。各型视网膜裂孔均有特征性的B超表现。结论B超对于视网膜裂孔的诊断和治疗方法的选择具有重要价值。对屈光介质不清者,B超可作为为首选的检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the importance of B scan in the diagnosis of retinal hole. Methods After routine ocular B-mode ultrasonic scan examination, eyes with suspected retinal hole were examined under ophthalmoscope. Results Among 68 eyes, there were 40 eyes of horse-shoe retinal hole without retinal detachment, 25 eyes of horse-shoe retinal hole without retinal detachment and 4 eyes of giant retinal tears. Characteristic ultrasonic images of different retinal hole could be observed. Conclusion B-mode ultrasonography plays an important role in the diagnosis and surgery option of retinal detachment, especially, it can be used as the first choice to exam eyes with refractive opacity.更多还原
