【摘要】 目的:分析经鼻空肠管注入中药对重症急性胰腺炎早期腹腔高压和呼吸衰竭的影响。方法:19例接受机械通气的重症急性胰腺炎患者分为常规治疗组和经鼻空肠管注入中药治疗组,观察两组患者腹腔压力缓解时问,机械通气时间和ICU住院时间的差异。结果:经鼻空肠管注入中药治疗组腹腔高压缓解快,机械通气时间为4.7±1.3 d和ICU住院时间为10.3±3.1 d,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用经鼻空肠管注入中药治疗重症急性胰腺炎较常规鼻胃管治疗能更早更显著改善患者的腹腔高压,减少机械通气时间和ICU住院时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate,whether nasogastrojejunal tube is effective for prevention and treatment of intra-abdominal hypertension(IAH)and respiratory failure on patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods:19 ventilated patients with SAP in the intensive care unit were treated by divided to conventional traditional Chinese drug treatment and nasogastroje- junal tube group,Intra-ahdominal pressure(IAP)were measured daily,duration of MV and stay in ICU were analyzed.Re- sults:Mean IAP on admission was high,then The IAP was more significantly and rapidly decreased in nasogastrojejunal tube group after 2～3 day,also have a significantly shorter in Median duration of Mechanic Ventilation 4.7±1.3d and stay in ICU 10.3±3.1 d than conventional treatment group.(P<0.05).Conclusion:nasogastrojejunal tube appears to be more effective for prevention and treatment of IAH in patients with SAP and improvement respiratory failure through take the traditional Chinese drug to jejunem than common nasogastric tube.更多还原
