【摘要】 目的:探讨外伤性肝破裂的诊断与治疗。方法:对37例外伤性肝破裂的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果:4例行非手术治疗,33例行手术治疗,治愈34例,死亡3例。结论:早期及时的诊断是外伤性肝破裂处理的关键,手术是治疗严重肝外伤的重要手段,部分轻度肝外伤可采用非手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of liver trauma.Methods:Clinical data of 37 cases with liver trauma were analyzed retrospectively.Results:4 cases were treated by nonoperation.33 cases were treated by operation.34 ca- ses were cured,while 3 cases were dead.Conclusion:The timely diagnosis for liver trauma are very important.Surgical opera- tion is important treatment method for most liver trauma,while a few cases of liver trauma can be treated by nonoperation.更多还原
