宫内发育迟缓儿脐血甲状腺激素水平的变化
The Changes of Serum Free Triiodothyronine,Free Thyroxine and Thyroid Stimulating Hormone in Intrauterine Growth Retardation Infants
【摘要】 目的:通过测定宫内发育迟缓儿(IUGR)脐血FT3、FT4、TSH变化,探讨FT3、FT4、TSH对胎儿生长发育的影响。方法:免疫法测定IUGR 55例(其中早产儿25例,足月儿30例)及30例正常新生儿对照组生后脐血FT3、FT4、TSH的水平。结果:(1)IUGR组FT3、FT4明显低于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),TSH明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。(2)IUGR早产组FT3、TSH与IUGR与足月组无显著差异(P>0.05),IUGR早产组FT4低于足月组(P<0.01)。(3)IUGR早产组FT3和FT4低于对照组(P<0.01),TSH高于对照组(P<0.01)。(4)IUGR足月组FT4与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),IUGR足月组FT3显著低于对照组,TSH显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:IUGR儿出生时存在甲状腺功能异常。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship between Intrauterine Growth Retardation (IUGR) infant growth and thy roid hormone and to assess the effects of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) free thyroxine (FT4),free triiodothyronine (FT3) on IUGR.Methods:The levels of TSH were measured with immunoradliometric assay.The levels of FT3,FT4 were in- easvred.Results:(1)FT3,FT4 level in cord blood was lower in IUGR than in the control newborns (P<0.01,P<0.05),TSH was higher in IUGR infants than that in control newborns (P<0.01).(2)FT3 and TSH were not significantly different be- tween premature IUGR infants and mature IUGR infants,FT4 level was lower in premature IUGR infants than mature IUGR infants (P<0.01).(3) FT3 and FT4 levels were lower in premature IUGR infants than in ontrol newborns (P<0.01),TSH was higher in premature IUGR infants than in control newborns (P<0.01).(4)FT4 was not significantly different between mature IUGR infants and control newborns (P>0.05) ,FT3,were lower mature IUGR infants than in the control newborns (P<0.05) and TSH were high mature IuGR infants than in the contral newborns (P<0.05).Conclusion:IUGR newborns have thyroid alysfunction.
