【摘要】 目的观察人参皂甙Rg3对乳腺癌患者预后的影响。方法选择乳腺癌手术后、化疗或放疗后患者130例,随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组:63例,在手术、化疗、放疗全部结束后2周开始口服人参皂甙Rg3(参一胶囊),每次2粒,2次/d,饭前30min服用,连用2个月为1疗程,休息2个月重复上述治疗,依次循环;对照组:67例,在手术、化疗、放疗全部结束后2周开始口服贞芪扶正胶囊,每次6粒,2次/d,其他用法同治疗组。结果治疗组患者的生存曲线明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访结束时的无复发生存率:治疗组为88.89%,对照组为74.63%,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访结束时的总生存率:治疗组为93.65%,对照组为82.09%,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于乳腺癌手术后、辅助化疗、放疗结束后的患者,人参皂甙Rg3可有效预防其复发转移,提高生存率,延长生存时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of ginsenoside-Rg3 on the prognosis of mammary cancer.Methods 130 casers of mammary cancer were randomly divided into the treatment group and the contrast group after they received operation,chemotherapy or radiotherapy.The 63 cases in the treatment group were given ginsenoside-Rg3 capsules,two capsules each time,twice a day,taken before meals,two months as a course of treatment.After two weeks,the same procedure repeated.The 67 cases in the contrast group were given zhenqifuzheng capsules,six capsules each time,twice a day,with other measures being the same as the treatment group.Results The survival curves were higher in the treatment group than in the contrast group(P<0.05).No-recurrence survival rates in the treatment group and the contrast group were 88.89% and 74.63% respectively(P<0.05).The follow-up surveys showed that the total survival rates in the treatment group and the contrast group were 93.65% and 82.09% respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginsenoside-Rg3 capsules can help to prevent recurrence and transfer of the mammary cancer and increase the survival rate of patients after operation,chemotherapy or radiotherapy.更多还原
