【摘要】 目的探讨超声心动图在特殊类型动脉导管未闭(PDA)介入治疗中的应用价值。方法封堵术前超声心动图测量PDA直径、长度、肺动脉内径、左房、左室大小及收缩功能等指标。术中全程指导监测封堵器位置是否正常,有无残余分流。术后24 h、1个月、3个月复查有无残余分流,观察封堵器有无移位或脱落。结果超声监测特殊类型PDA共12例,6例为粗大PDA(其中1例为粗大漏斗型PDA),2例封堵后术后见少量残余分流,3个月后复查残余分流消失。4例术后即刻复查均见微量残余分流,1个月后复查残余分流消失;6例成角型PDA术后即刻监测无明显残余分流。结论对于特殊类型的PDA,在超声心动图监测下,封堵成功率高,无任何并发症,从而扩大了PDA介入治疗的适应证,具有非常重要的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of echocardiography in patent arterial duct occlusion.Methods Echocardiography was used to measure PDA diameter and length,the pulmonary diameter,the sizes of right cardiac atrium and left ventricle and the functions of contraction.The position of occlusion device and the residual shunts were monitored during the whole operative process and reexaminations were made 24 hours,one month and three months later.Results In the 12 cases of special PDA found out in the operative process,six cases were thick ones(including one funnel-like PDA),2 cases had a few postoperative residual shunts which disappeared three months later according to the reexamination,4 cases had very few shunts after operations which disappeared one month later,and 6 angled PDA cases showed no residual shunts.Conclusion With the help of echocardiography,occlusions for special PDA can be got successfully without causing any complications.更多还原
