【摘要】 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinases-9,MMP-9)基因和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理因素之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测97例胃癌组织中MMP-9和VEGF的表达情况。结果97例胃癌组织中MMP-9和VEGF阳性率分别为82.47%(80/97)、86.59%(84/97),两者表达存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论MMP-9和VEGF蛋白在胃癌中过量表达与胃癌的发生发展相关,可以作为判断预后的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) expression in gastric carcinoma(GC) and their relationship to clinicopathological factors.Methods Immunohistochemical staining SP method was used to detect the expression of MMP-9 and VEGF in 97 cases of GC.Results The positive rate of MMP-9 and VEGF expression was 82.47% and 86.59% respectively.There was a significant correlation between the expression of MMP-9 and VEGF(P<0.05).The expression of MMP-9 and VEGF in GC was not correlated with the gender and age of patients,tumor differentiation,histological type,size,location and lymph node metastasis,but significantly associated with the depth of tumor invasion and TNM stage(P<0.05).Conclusion Both MMP-9 and VEGF contribute to carcinogenesis and progression of GC.Detection of the expression of MMP-9 might be served as an indicator for exaluating prognosis in gastric carcinoma.更多还原
