阿托伐他汀对单核细胞髓过氧化物酶和过氧化物增殖活化剂受体γ表达的影响
Effect of atorvastatin on MPO and PPARγ expressed by monocyte
【摘要】 目的观察阿托伐他汀对激活的单核细胞分泌髓过氧化物酶(MPO)和过氧化物增殖活化剂受体γ(PPARγ)的影响。方法将单核细胞激活后,用不同浓度的阿托伐他汀进行干预培养,采用RT-PCR检测MPO和PPARγ的表达。结果阿托伐他汀干预的单核细胞分泌MPO与对照组相比明显降低,呈浓度依赖性;PPARγ的表达较对照组明显升高,其上升亦呈浓度依赖性。结论阿托伐他汀能抑制单核细胞MPO的表达,上调PPARγ的分泌,提示其具有抗炎、抗氧化作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on myloperoxidase(MPO) and protiferator activator receopter(PPAR)γ expressed by of monocytes and its mechanism. Method:Monocytes activated by lipopolysaccharide were intervened by different concentrations atorvastatin. RT-PCR was used to investigate the effects of atorvastatin on the expression of MPO and PPARγ. Result:Pretreatment of monocytes with atorvastatin markedly decreased the expression of MPO with a concentration-dependent manner; the expression of PPARγ in them increased also with a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusion:Atorvastatin may have the effects of anti-inflammation and anti-oxidation through suppressing MPO and inereasing PPARγ expression of monocytes partly.
